Anybody traveling from around the world usually ends up at one of the local hostels. This one has a new paint job and is much more colorful than before. Next door is the home of a local artist who was once married to Angelica Houston. Their house was on the cover of Architectural Digest. Santa Monica is straight to the north straight down Pacific Avenue on the left in the photo.
